Los Angeles, CA- Today Barri Worth Girvan announced her campaign to represent the residents of the West San Fernando Valley in Los Angeles City Council District 3. In the wake of a devastating start to 2025 for the City of Los Angeles, Barri’s focus on how to make government work for people, is foundational to her two decades-long commitment to public service.

“City Hall must focus on what matters to the residents of the San Fernando Valley,” said Barri Worth Girvan, candidate for Los Angeles City Council District 3. “I am running to ensure safe, clean neighborhoods, a thriving economy throughout our region, and a government free from corruption that works for the people it represents. I am determined to bring sensible leadership and the Valley’s voice to City Hall,” she said.

Barri has secured key endorsements from leaders across the West San Fernando Valley and throughout Los Angeles, including Los Angeles County Supervisor for the third district, Lindsey P.
